Nili Lotan accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 15 days of the delivery date. Please note that all sale items marked 'Final Sale' are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Label

  Generate and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided through the portal; a $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund.

• 3.
  Package Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring the return authorization form is included inside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and retain your tracking receipt; refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
